Flame Health Dentistry Jobs - National Business & Training Manager Job - Nottinghamshire
Our client is working exclusively with Flame Health in the search for a National Business and Training Manager to assist with their growth into the UK market.
The intention of the company is to set up three state of the art dental practices across three major cities in year one. The practices will offer both private and NHS dentistry and will develop a cosmetic and specialist emphasis as it grows. The aim of the company is to bring dentistry into a different environment, allowing affordability within a fully digital and minimalist environment, aimed at a younger generation. The individual we are looking for requires a wealth of skills and knowledge, and will be required to report to the board. Their experience must cover both private and NHS dentistry management, of at least a group of three or more practices. They must also be happy with training nurses, practice managers and receptionists. Once the first practice is running smoothly, the manager would then need to work at the second practice in a different city. The locations intended, in opening order, are Nottingham, Manchester and Birmingham.
You will be expected to produce management reports, deliver company training, develop practice budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all practices.
Essential Experience Requirements:
- To have tendered for and successfully won NHS contracts
- To have built up a profitable practice from a cold squat (zero Patient base)
- To have a great passion about delivering quality dentistry, with business knowledge about the workings the dental sector.
- Knowledge for and experience of training
- Marketing for patients

The ideal candidate will be able to commute within the region and to work extended hours when required. You will have proven experience of people management for at least 5 years
The reward for the successful individual will be a fixed income of £40,000 + £6,000 car allowance, a total earnings of £46,000 per year. Once established in the role there will be further bonus incentives and potential share options put in place.
