This established dental practice based in the heart of the Moray Firth currently requires an associate dentist to take over a private list.

The position is full-time, to work a private and small capitation based list for 4-5 days with a local highland dental plan, and a small NHS contract for children only (grossing up to £200,000 per year). The position is available due to the current associate relocating after many years of service at the practice. This position would ideally suit a UK trained graduate or someone with at least 3 year’s UK experience, some of which has been with private fee paying patients. 

Ideally the practice require a committed individual who loves dentistry and who is keen to understand the demands of the patients and with excellent work ethics. They should be: - a highly skilled general dentist with specialisation welcomed, keen to work with patients to improve as well as repair dentition, confident, good communicator, good ethical selling skills, flexible to adapt to equipment/nurse/workplace and relaxed, courteous to staff, patients and colleagues, happy to help promote the practice, confident enough in their work to ask for and get referrals and testimonials.

The practice has a qualified and committed practice team already familiar with Clinical Governance and Personal Development Plans and who are extremely cheerful due to excellent management. There are three surgeries and presently 2 dentists working in the practice on a regular basis. The practice is under-going a re-vamp with new equipment being put in for the new dentist.
