Flame Health Dentistry - Practice Sales - Dorset
We are currently looking for an associate dentist to buy this dental practice based in Dorset.
The practice has 4 surgeries with a turn over of £625,000. The asking price for the practice is £900,000 (building £350K, E,F&F & G/W £550K). The practice treats the 7300 adults with private dentistry and has 600 Children treated on the NHS, if their parents are patients of the practice.
The practice is one of three in the town, with has been running for 80 years, based in a Georgian House, with 3 floors. The surgeries take up the first two floors, with room for expansion upstairs of two further surgeries, or a flat.
The practice operates a new computer system installed in July 2008
Using Software of Excellence. All the equipment is state of the art and in very good shape(less than 3 years old). All equipment is on a maintenance plan (KAVO). The recent additions are:
- Digital x-ray in 3 surgeries (KODAK)
- Digital OPG and 3D cone beam scanner in separate room (KODAK 9000 3D)
- New autoclave (MELAG)
- New suction machine in surgery 1 (Duerr)
- Intra oral camera in surgery 1
The current principal can stay until the end 2010 if required, and feels that the practice could expand to do more implants and cosmetic treatments.
