Flame Health Dentistry are currently recruiting for a Dental Sales specialist for a leading supplier within the Dental Sales Market.  Ideally the candidate would be located within easy reach of Southampton & Portsmouth.

This outstanding opportunity is for the West Sussex / Hampshire region and will cover the following locations: Guildford, Basingstoke, Winchester, Worthing, Portsmouth, Southampton, IoW, channel islands, Salisbury.  Potential earnings are high due to an un-capped bonus structure, OTE: £45,000

Summary

Promoting the use of and selling the clients dental products to dentists, hospital clinicians and laboratory technicians, by performing the following duties:

Key Tasks

• Obtain/exceed sales targets.
• Calls on customers/potential customers to sell our clients dental products, highlight key features and benefits of products and provides and explains clinical evidence to support these.
• Discusses use and effect of new products, using detail aids, literature and promotional materials.
• Gain an understanding of the customers needs and discuss how our clients Dental Products and Services can meet these needs over and above competitors using detail aids, literature and promotional materials. 
• Provides in-clinic training for clinical teams covering the company protocols for surgical and restorative procedures via product demonstrations/ presentations.
• Works in private clinics/hospital operating theatres as and when required giving technical (non-clinical) instruction on the practical use of products.
• Provides new product updates to existing and potential customers.
• Attends dental exhibitions and company meetings as required.
• Produces regular reports of a) planned activity, b) actual activity, through CRM database, c) business expenses as and when required.

Person Specification

• Experience in dental/medical device industry.
• Degree level, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Flexible to cover large geographical territory (lives on territory)
• Self starter
• Ability to use own initiative
• Dynamic 
• Flexibility - evening and weekend working may be required
