Flame Health Dentistry – Dental Receptionist Job – Mixed Practice - Nottinghamshire:

Our client is working exclusively with Flame Health in the search for a Dental Receptionist at this practice. The intention of the company is to set up three state of the art dental practices across three major cities in year one. The practices will offer both private and NHS dentistry and will develop a cosmetic and specialist emphasis as it grows.

The aim of the company is to bring dentistry into a different environment, allowing affordability within a fully digital and minimalist environment, aimed at a younger generation.

  This position requires a full time dental receptionist Role:

• Front Desk Work - Greeting patients, providing paperwork for them to fill out and invoicing and taking payments.
• Telephone Work - Handle multiline phone systems, answering questions and scheduling appointments.
• Forms and Records - Completing insurance forms and filing claims is also part of the dental receptionist’s job.
• Enter patient data on the computer along with invoicing and payment history.
• Light Housekeeping - The Dental receptionist is in charge of making sure the waiting room and office area look nice, by picking up litter left around the room, emptying wastebaskets, and straightening magazines and newspapers.
• The job requires an outgoing personality, strong organizational abilities, and data entry and bookkeeping skills.

To start: July 2010 Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 per annum
