Flame Health are currently recruiting an experienced Orthodontist for this specialist Orthodontic practice in Blackburn, Lancashire.

The Candidate must be on the specialist list and have the ability and experience to run and manage an orthodontic practice. The current NHS contracts take referrals from various local practices and a wide ranging marketing and advertising campaign.

The Orthodontist will provide the patients initial consultation, and then direct this work to a team of Therapists and assistants. You must have clinical experience in Othodontistry and command a good working knowledge in the sector and have the ability to manage their time and make their own decisions.

For the right person there is great scope in the practice to expand patient treatments, providing an excellent income. Working hours are standard, although it is anticipated that the Orthodontist would at times be required to work late and attend board meetings from time to time. The initial terms agreed are negotiable with the potential principal Orthodontist, offering a fixed salary around £130,000 - £150,000 per year.
