Fklame Health’s Dentistry division are currently looking to rercruit a lead dentist to work full time in this mixed NHS / private practice in this small town in Oxfordshire.

The practice offers a variety of both NHS and private treatments in a well equipped and maintained environment and has excellent levels of cross infection control and a motivated, fully qualified, experienced team of support staff.

As this is predominantly an NHS role, you would need to be fully registered with the relevant PCT before you can start. If your notice period and/or PCT registration period would take you up to 3 months, this would be ok as we would find locum cover for the period.

The successful candidate will have a reasonable amount of previous UK experience, as this a lead dentist role practice working in combination with a 2 other dentists and a therapist to deliver collectively 22000 UDAs per year. Ideally you will be a committed individual who has a passion for dentistry. You should be a skilled dentist, with specialisation welcomed. You should be keen to work with patients to improve as well as repair dentition, with good ethical selling skills and the potential to become a mentor to others.

The area offers great potential for private upgrade work and the dentist must be flexible to adapt to equipment/nurse/workplace and courteous to staff, & patients, leading by example. In reward the successful candidate will receive a gross contract for 8-11000 UDAs, at £11 per UDA and 50% of private work. This should therefore easily generate the dentist six figure earnings.
